Small Frame
A standard single-slope carport featuring a clean lip-channel steel frame with roofing sheets installed directly on top. The engineering allows the frame to be built flush to fit the exact sheet dimensions, or customized to let the sheets overhang by a few hundred millimeters for extra runoff protection.
- Main frame: 100 × 50 mm lipped channel
- Inner support frame: 100 × 50 mm lipped channel
- Posts: 76 × 76 × 1.6/2 mm square tubing
- Roof: galvanised IBR or corrugated sheeting

A premium flat boxed-roof carport featuring a thick, seamless outside border that completely hides the internal roofing sheets from view. This ultra-modern, clean design offers a sleek, architectural finish that can be installed freestanding or attached.

A modern, single-slope metal carport featuring a dark grey frame finished with a multi-panel fascia and corrugated roofing sheets. This versatile design can be installed either attached to an existing structure or as a freestanding unit.

Covered space without building in brick
Steel-framed shelters are a cost-effective way to create covered outdoor space: parking and delivery bays, loading zones, tool and equipment storage, smoking areas or utility sheds.
They can be freestanding or wall-mounted, with sloped roofing, roller doors, lockable access and room to add bays later. Built with galvanised frames and Chromadek sheeting, they are a durable alternative to a brick-and-mortar building - popular for homes, construction sites, farms, warehouses and schools.

For most residential properties, on-site installation takes 1 to 3 days, depending primarily on the size of the carport. However, the exact timeline depends on several site-specific factors:
- Foundation & Soil Type: Bolting posts into existing concrete or paving takes just 1 day. Digging into harsh soil (like rock or clay) to cast new concrete footings adds 1 to 2 days for digging and curing time.
- Site Slope & Drainage: Installing on flat ground is fast. Steep slopes require custom post-leveling and specialized waterproofing adjustments, which adds time.
- Obstacles & Site Prep: Clearing low-hanging branches, removing old structures, or working around underground pipes can delay the start of construction.
- Weather Conditions: Heavy rain or high winds will halt installation for safety reasons and to ensure concrete sets properly.
General Timeline Estimates:
- Single Carport: 1 day
- Double Carport: 1 to 2 days
- Triple / Multi-bay Carport: 2 to 4 days

Carports are powder-coated for rust resistance and can be colour-matched to your home. Drainage, built-in lighting and side cladding are available.
Chromadek sheeting gives full shade and the best protection from hail and rain. Polycarbonate keeps the rain off but lets daylight through, which suits a carport in front of windows.
