Steel-framed awnings for shade, shelter and a better-looking front
From our workshop in Vulcania, Brakpan, we supply and install awnings for homes, offices, cafés and shops across Johannesburg, the East Rand and Gauteng. An awning adds shade and protection where you need it - over a patio, a window, an entrance or a shop front - and gives the building a finished look.
Every awning is sized and styled to suit the building, then made and fitted by our own team.
Fixed or retractable awnings
Shade and protection without blocking the light
Awnings combine shade, protection and visual appeal. They reduce heat gain inside and keep the rain off - and with the right covering they do it without blocking natural light.
We supply and install fixed awnings, which stay in place all year, and retractable systems that you open when you want shade and close when you want the sun. Both are built on mild-steel frames.
We measure every opening and style each awning to suit the building - whether it is a home, a café, an office or a shop.
Need cover for your car instead?
For vehicles we build steel carports - flat, pitched, arched and cantilever, attached or freestanding - and steel shade ports and shelters for parking and delivery bays.

- Site measurementNot sure of the sizes? We can send a consultant to measure - R450 inside Gauteng; outside Gauteng is calculated.
- FabricationThe frame is made to measure in our Brakpan workshop, and the covering you chose is fitted to it.
- Installation & aftercareOur own team installs it on site, and we support you after the job is done.

Please note our site visit fees:
- Inside Gauteng: A standard call-out fee of R450 applies.
- Outside Gauteng: The fee is calculated based on your specific location and travel distance.
